1. Our Shipping Commitment

At DBMstore, we are committed to delivering your building materials safely and efficiently. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, timelines, and costs to ensure you know exactly what to expect when you place an order with us.

2. Order Processing Times

Once your order is placed, our team works diligently to prepare it for dispatch. Our processing times are as follows:

Standard Processing: 1-3 business days.
Express Processing: Within 24 hours.

Please note that "business days" are from Saturday to Thursday and exclude UAE public holidays.

3. Shipping Zones & Delivery Times

We are proud to deliver across all Emirates of the United Arab Emirates. Once your order is processed and dispatched, you can expect the following delivery timelines:

Dubai, Sharjah & Abu Dhabi: Same-day delivery after dispatch.
Other Emirates (Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain): Next-day delivery after dispatch.

4. Shipping Costs & Free Delivery

We offer a simple, flat-rate shipping structure:

Orders below AED 2000: A flat shipping fee of AED 150 applies to all Emirates.
Orders of AED 2000 or more: Delivery is FREE to all Emirates.

From time to time, we may run promotional offers that include free shipping on orders below AED 2000. These will be clearly indicated on the website.

5. Order Tracking & Notifications

We keep you informed every step of the way.

Automatic Notifications: You will receive updates via email and WhatsApp as your order is processed, dispatched, and out for delivery.
Live Tracking: You can track your order at any time by:
- Logging into your customer dashboard on our website.
- Visiting our Order Tracking page and entering your order number and email address.
Pre-Delivery Call: Our delivery team will always call you before they arrive to confirm your availability.

6. The Delivery Process

Standard Delivery: Our service includes delivery directly to the door of your site, office, or residence.
Access for Large Items: For deliveries to high-rise buildings containing items that are heavy (over 5kg) or long, access to a service lift is required.
Parking Access: As stated in our Terms & Conditions, you are responsible for providing suitable and legal parking access for our delivery vehicle to offload materials.

7. If You Are Not Available for Delivery

If our team cannot reach you at the scheduled delivery time, we will attempt to deliver your order two (2) more times after confirming a new time with you via phone. If we are still unable to complete the delivery after three total attempts, the order will be cancelled. Please note that such cancellations may be subject to fees as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Marketplace & Multiple Shipments

If your order contains items from both DBMstore and one or more of our marketplace sellers, your items may be shipped together or in separate packages. We will always communicate the shipping plan to you via email and WhatsApp after your order is confirmed.

9. In-Store Pickup (Click & Collect)

We offer a convenient and FREE Click & Collect service.

Place your order online at dbmstore.com.
During checkout, select the "In-Store Pickup" option.
Choose your preferred Danube Building Materials store location for collection.
We will notify you via email and WhatsApp when your order is ready for pickup at your chosen store.

10. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United Arab Emirates. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
