3. Conditions for a Valid Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original, unopened packaging.
- It must be in the same condition that you received it, with no signs of damage, wear, or alteration.
- All original tags, manuals, accessories, and promotional items must be included.
An item is NOT eligible for return if:
- It has been used, installed, or damaged by the customer.
- It is missing the original packaging, or the packaging is damaged.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Cancellation

- 4.2. Returning an Order After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, you must contact us at 800 69 89 or enquiry@aldanube.com with your order number to start the return process. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

6. The Refund Process
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned item at our facility, our team will inspect it within one (1) business day to ensure it meets the return conditions.
- Refund Initiation: If the return is approved, we will initiate your refund immediately.
- Credit/Debit Card Refunds: The refund will be processed back to the same card used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's policies.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds: If you paid by COD, we will require your bank account details (Account Holder Name, IBAN, Bank Name) to process a bank transfer. Our team will contact you to collect this information securely. The transfer will be initiated after the inspection is complete.

You must report any such issues within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving your delivery. We will arrange for the return of the item at our expense and provide you with a full refund or a replacement, based on your preference and stock availability.
