Corian® Joint Adhesive ML Marine Blue Cartridge is a high-performance methacrylate-based adhesive designed specifically for bonding quartz and solid surfacing materials. Engineered by DuPont, this adhesive offers excellent adhesion strength, non-sagging and thixotropic properties, making it ideal for creating rigid, seamless joints between surfaces of the same composition. Its low VOC formulation supports healthier indoor environments by minimizing emissions.

The adhesive is supplied in a convenient 50 mL cartridge, color-coordinated to match DuPont surfacing materials for aesthetic consistency. It cures optimally at room temperature and is compatible with both manual and pneumatic dispensers, facilitating ease of use on-site.

Technical Notes

The adhesive cures best at room temperature (approximately 20-25°C). Lower temperatures reduce cure speed, while higher temperatures accelerate curing and reduce working time. It is not recommended for bonding dissimilar materials unless approved by DuPont.

For optimal shelf life, store cartridges in a cool (5-23°C), dark, and well-ventilated area, preferably on their sides. Avoid freezing or exposure to elevated temperatures, which can degrade adhesive performance.
